Craig Bruce is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Castaway Security Solutions (CTS), where he leads strategic growth, operational execution, and the delivery of complex physical security projects.

His career spans physical security, technology infrastructure, construction, electrical contracting, and business operations. At CTS, Craig works across the full lifecycle of security projects—from evaluating existing infrastructure and developing deployment strategies through system design, implementation, integration, and ongoing operations.

His experience includes video security, access control, intrusion detection, intercoms, networking and fiber infrastructure, security operations centers, and cloud-managed physical security platforms. He has a particular focus on environments where security technology must perform reliably at scale and under demanding operational conditions.

Craig has helped lead CTS's work supporting the physical security transformation at Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, and has participated in industry discussions covering cloud-managed physical security, infrastructure modernization, technical planning, and large-scale deployment.

Outside CTS, Craig serves on the Volusia County Construction Appeals Board and holds electrical and security-related licenses across Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.
