Chris Jeffers is Director of Operations at Castaway Security Solutions (CTS), bringing more than 15 years of hands-on experience in physical security system design, installation, integration, and field operations.

Chris has built his career around solving the practical challenges that determine whether a security system actually works in the field. His experience spans access control, video security, intrusion detection, structured cabling, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and the integration of complex security technologies.

Access control is a particular area of expertise. Chris brings deep practical knowledge of door hardware, locking systems, credentials, controllers, life-safety interfaces, system programming, and the real-world conditions that often make access-control deployments considerably more complicated than they appear on a drawing.

At CTS, Chris helps bridge the gap between system design and field execution. He works with project managers, engineers, technicians, manufacturers, and customers to develop deployment strategies, solve technical problems, establish installation standards, and ensure complex projects can be successfully delivered and supported.
